The aim of the project, which was carried out to be used in the iron and steel industry, is to allow the liquid steel to expel air bubbles while waiting. Working principle of this system can be explained in more detail as removing air bubbles that may remain in the liquid in the oscillation trays before the liquid steel from the crucible furnace enters the continuous casting line.

This process is done by hydraulic systems as in the whole steel plant. Vibration movement is provided by the high accuracy servo oscillation cylinder. The block of the servo cylinder comprised of Bosch Rexroth servo valve and Roth membrane batteries are delivered coupled with the cylinder.
